Returns and Exchanges
We will accept all returns and exchanges within 7 days after receipt of shipment [determined by UPS tracking dates]. Should you return any items, we ask you to make sure that the items are in the same unused condition as when sent to you. Returns can not be accepted if the item has any signs of usage. Please send the product insured for the full purchase price, further we ask you to send a copy of your invoice with the package. All our pieces are handcrafted and individually produced upon your order. Therefore is it only possible to receive a store credit, shipping costs are excluded from credits.
Taxes
All orders that ship within Florida are subject to 6% sales tax.
All International buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.
